Role Overview: Sales and Partnerships Manager

As a Sales and Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio, building partnerships, and driving growth in the Lagos real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, onboard, and manage rental properties for the Citiliving platform.
  • Negotiate terms with property developers, property managers, and joint venture partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and property onboarding targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Proven ability to source leads, close deals, and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Lagos’ property market is a significant advantage.

Compensation

Pay: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month, along with performance-based bonuses.
