About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to enhance our social media presence. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and growing our online community while working in a supportive, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, graphics, and videos, across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to develop creative and competitive content ideas.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to engage with followers and build a loyal community.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest social media tools, features, and trends.
Who You Are:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiar with major social media platforms and their features.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for design.
- Basic video editing skills (experience with CapCut is required).
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop (a plus).
- Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (a bonus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
