Role Overview: Sales and Partnerships Manager
As a Sales and Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio, building partnerships, and driving growth in the Lagos real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and manage rental properties for the Citiliving platform.
- Negotiate terms with property developers, property managers, and joint venture partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and property onboarding targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven ability to source leads, close deals, and consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Lagos’ property market is a significant advantage.
