Key Responsibilities As the HR & Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission by:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and processes that foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training to attract and retain top talent.
  • Managing employee relations to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
  • Handling administrative duties, including office management and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supporting team growth and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management and administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • The ability to foster a collaborative, productive, and innovative work culture.
